20th - 22nd March Chamber music Festival
The Llantwit Major Chamber Music Festival returns to St Illtud’s Church from the 20th to the 22nd of March.
It promises to be an outstanding weekend of concerts featuring a great variety of classical music.
The Festival was founded in 2019 by local cellist Ben Tarlton.
Each year he invites world-class musicians from afar to perform with him over the Festival weekend
and this year is no exception.
Alongside the main Festival concerts, we have once again partnered with the
Worshipful Company of Musicians Young Artist Scheme.
This year will feature an hour-long solo guitar recital by Hope Cramsie, at 2:30pm on Sunday 22nd March.
For the first time, the Festival is hosting a
FREE Children’s Concert at St Illtud’s Church, on Saturday 21st March, 11:00-11:30am. All are welcome!
This is organised on top of our ongoing outreach work in local schools and care homes.
Tickets for the five concerts are easy to get a hold of.
