Ministry Area Church Wardens 

At the recent Annual Vestry Meeting for our Ministry Area, we elected 2 new Church Wardens for our Ministry Area.  

Richard Simpson and Nick Lang have taken on this important role and they will be the Bishop of Llandaff’s lay officers in the Glamorgan heritage Coast Ministry Area.

We are used to electing local Church Wardens to play their part in our 12 churches; Richard and Nick’s role is slightly different, because they have been appointed to serve the whole of our Ministry Area, bringing practical and prayerful support to the wider work of the church in this area.

Nick and Richard will be formally welcomed to their new role by the Archdeacon, in a service at St Theodore’s Church in Port Talbot on Sunday 12th July, at 4.00pm.  There is a warm welcome to any of our parishioners who would like to come along to support them.
